Commissioned by Alabama Governor John Malcolm Patterson, George's report highlights the genetic differences between blacks and whites and the subsequent social, intellectual and criminal effects of those differences. He argues against the notion of racial equalitarianism and the "mixing children of all races in schools and playgrounds.as a means of bringing about interracial mixing of blood."
