As a testimony to their enduring quality, Mankowitz's images were selected as the covers for all of Jimi Hendrix's classic recordings. The Experience: Jimi Hendrix at Masons Yard is the first complete collection of Mankowitz's two Masons Yard sessions with Hendrix and The Experience.
