This research sought to examine the factors affecting student engagement, and the extent to which class wikis fostered student engagement in learning concepts pertaining to the topic. Furthermore, the perceptions of teachers and students with regards to the use of the wiki were obtained. The investigation was conducted using an action research .Via the use of interviews, observational checklists, questionaires and rating scales, the researcher gathered data from the participants at the selected secondary school. Findings from the study revealed that the teachers and students had positive perceptions of the teaching of the Office Administration topic Travel Arrangements through use of the Wiki.
