Laid in is a certificate of limitation, this is Number 535/1000 with corresponding ink numbered front free end paper, and commitment that the book will not be reprinted. It has the signature of Harvey Glick, who restored and collated the photographs of this volume, and a notary seal and signature. There is also a piece of promotional material for the book laid in which was printed by the publisher. There is a brief biography of both Harvey Glick and Forrest Wallace Cato, followed by text material written by Forrest Wallace Cato, and then a transcription of a recorded conversation between Harvey Glick by Forrest Wallace Cato. The last part of the book are the restored and collated photographs and a brief description of the photo on the opposing page. Signed by Author(s).
