Die wichtigsten Ergebnisse deuten darauf hin, dass die Debub Global Bank bei der Durchführung von effektiven Schulungs- und Entwicklungsmaßnahmen, der Karriereentwicklung und der Leistungsbeurteilung nicht gut abschnitt. Darüber hinaus hat die Bank Probleme wie Kommunikation, unzureichende Integration, Offenheit, Fairness in der Behandlung der Mitarbeiter, Vergütung und Arbeitsplatzsicherheit sowie Problemlösungskultur nur langsam in Angriff genommen.…
