Jackets show moderate shelf wear and scuffing on covers. Wrinkling with small closed tears and chipping along jacket edges, heaviest along bottom edge. Several scratches on the back cover of the Vol. V jacket, which do not impact the rear board. Moderate scuffing on jacket spines, with wrinkling and small closed tears at the head and tail. Jackets of Vol. I and II are price clipped. Boards show light scuffing and shelf wear, with mild bumping to the heads and tails of spines. Spine of Vol. III shows some faint scraping. Light bumping to fore corners of all volumes; somewhat heavier bumping to bottom fore corner of Vol. IV. Text blocks show mild shelf wear, heaviest on bottom edges. Top edges of text blocks are dyed gold in Vol. III - V and undyed in Vol. I and II. Bookplate of former owner on front pastedowns of Vol. I and II.
