In 1937 the Medicine and Pharmacology Departments of Cornell Medical College started a weekly conference on therapy, covering an extremely wide range of topics. Originally intended for medical students, it was found that the house staff, attending staff, and practicing physicians all were interested in the conferences. Starting in 1937 a record of the conferences was published monthly in first the Journal of the AMA and the New York State Journal of Medicine. Starting in 1946, these books are an effort to publish a yearly selection of these conferences.; 7¾" - 9¾" Tall.
