It contains some eighty numbers of representative objects of gold and silver from the classical times, from China, from the medieval age, the renaissance, baroque, rococo and the neo-classical periods. Over a dozen of the leading nations of Europe are represented in the collection. The whole of it is generously given to the museum by the previous owner and collector Director Falk Simon, Gothenburg.".
