Exterior shows spotting and soiling and boards show very slight bubbles to the cloth along the edges. Rear board has some scuffs and a tear to the cloth near the bottom (see last photo). Internal binding is good, no hinge issues. Brown end pages and front and rear contain no markings or bookplates. Second front end page contains the original physician's name and address: "George B. Hansel, MD - Brownsville, PA, June 1908". No other handwriting found in book. Pages are tone due to age and minor spotting and foxing is present. There is a very faint dampstain that runs along the top edge of most of the pages and is well outside of the text area.
