Offered is a first printing (by this publisher and in pamphlet form) of "When life tumbles in - what then?" by Dr. Arthur John Gossip, published in 1963 by the Division of Evangelism out of New York City. A stapled pamphlet measuring 3-7/16" by 6" and containing 16 pages including front and rear covers. This pamphlet contains the eighth chapter of Dr. Gossip's 'The Hero in Thy Soul' (1930). From the Foreword: "In speaking of this message, Dr. Gossip said, 'But When Life Tumbles In, What Then?' was the first sermon preached after my wife's bewilderingly sudden and undreamed-of death. The office-bearers of Beechgrove Church, Aberdeen, included it in a memorial booklet for private circulation'".
