23x15 cm. Original wrappers, near mint condition. 95 pp., small folding map of Delaware and Eastern Maryland. Second edition, the first having been published as a government document in 1850. Both the text and the map are pre-fire Chicago imprints.

Second edition but First Chicago edition. 8vo. Original cream-colored printed wrappers, 95 pp., folding frontispiece map. Map shows the boundary lines between the provinces of Maryland, Pennsylvania, and Delaware. Both map and wrappers in fine, unused condition.

48 x 31 1/4 inches. This is a large scale map of pre- Civil War Chicago. It is focused on the harbor but 2/3 of the map is the street grid of Chicago. Measuremnts were taken from the city Hall Dome. The area covered is from Monroe Street on the south to Chicago Avenue on the north. The Lake is on the east to DesPlaines on the west. The Chicago River is shown to split into the north branch and south Branch. This is a rare map in fair condition with loss of external neatline on the left and a a two inch by 1 inch loss on the left not affecting any important feature. Fai condition. the map is on thin paper with loss of left external neatline most like happening when bound. There is a 2 inch by 1 inch loss in the left border.…
