Book is in good condition. Some wear to cover, particularly at edges, where boards are slightly exposed in places beneath split cloth. A couple small stains to cloth. Binding remains strong. Edges are toned a bit. Some light stains and smudges to several pages. A few tears to front free endpaper. Back section of several pages have large tear in side edge, a few pages before have a small chunk torn off from side edge. Majority of pages are undamaged. Overall sturdy and in good shape. Features detailed large-scale black and white illustrations of Canada throughout. This is an oversized (and overweight) book.
