Harry Howell Carney (* 1. April 1910 in Boston, Massachusetts, USA; 8. Oktober 1974 in New York City) war ein US-amerikanischer Saxophonist und ein wichtiges langjähriges Mitglied des Duke-Ellington-Orchesters. Samuel "Sam" Woodyard (* 7. Januar 1925 in Elizabeth (New Jersey); 20. September 1988 in Paris) war ein US-amerikanischer Jazz-Schlagzeuger, der das Spiel auf zwei Basstrommeln populär machte.
