Die signifikanten Ergebnisse stützen die Annahme, dass die bloÃe Einbindung von Kunden in regelmäÃige Umfragen zu gewünschten Verhaltensabsichten führen kann. Der Mere Measurement Effekt der Befragungshäufigkeit auf Kundenzufriedenheit und Weiterempfehlungsintention entfaltet langfristig seine maximale Wirkung. Die Kundenzufriedenheit hat erwartungsgemäà einen erheblichen Einfluss auf die Weiterempfehlungsabsicht. Auch die Rolle des Mere Measurement Effekts als Moderator der Beziehung zwischen Einstellung und Intention wird durch die Ergebnisse gestützt.
