Clean black ink titles to spine and front board with decorative device. Corners are sharp and square. Gently rubbed to extremities, small "ding" to bottom edge of the front board. Without dustjacket. Grove immigrated to Canada from Germany in 1909 along with a name change and a career as a teacher.
