Guestbook signed by Queen Elizabeth II on a state visit to Sweden in 1956. Royal octavo, bound in full leather decoratively rimmed with black leather ribbon, 28 pages of signatures, inscriptions, and even small sketches from past guests dating January 1945 to October 1999. Signed by Queen Elizabeth II and King Gustaf VI Adolf Bernadotte. Additionally stamped twice with Queen Elizabeth II's postage stamp and once with King Gustaf VI Adolf Bernadotte's postage stamp to the corners of the page. In very good condition with toning to the front and rear panel, rubbing to the crown and foot of the spine. On June 11, 1956, Queen Elizabeth II and the Duke of Edinburgh arrived in Stockholm for their first State Visit to Sweden. The royal couple were greeted at the docks by King Gustaf Adolf and Queen Louise of Sweden, before the Queen and King Gustaf processed through the city in a carriage. During her visit, Elizabeth attended the State Banquet, the opening ceremony of the Equestrian Olympics, and the glamorous Amarant Ball, accompanied by Princess Margaret.

Vintage signed presentation photograph "Gustaf Adolf 1938". 6.5 x 8.5 inch visible, 9.25 x 11.5 overall. Showing Gustaf VI. Adolf in a formal half length pose wearing his uniform. Signed in fountain pen ink to the lower photographer's mount and dated 1938 in his hand. Additionally signed by the photographer in white fountain pen ink to the lower right corner of the image. Framed and glazed in the original red/ brown leather presentation frame by P.A. Norstedt in Stockholm and bearing a gilt stamped crown at the head.
