This copy includes a letter written by the author addressed to Sterling which reads as follows: "January 26, 1999, Dear Mr. Sterling - Thanks for the very kind review of my book Encyclopedia of African Airlines. I agree completely with your criticism of the lack of maps and high cost. Thanks again for your kind words." A very good copy. This volume comes from the Aviation collection of Prof. Chris Sterling.
