He had been a co-initiator of the 1st Decentralized Mail Art Congress in 1986 and published the documentation. He participated in the exhibition Mail Art. All of the contributors' works for this issue have been reproduced on the four microfiches. Bleus (b. 1950) is a prolific mail artist and archivist who has written important articles and essays on mail and stamp art. This exhibition was held in Tienen at the Stedelijk Museum het Toreke. In near fine condition. One of 720 numbered copies. WorldCat records no example outside of Europe.
