Measures 10.5 x 8 inches. Multiple sections bound together in library binding; each section individually paginated. Sections are numbered as follows: 299…, 517, 327, 764, and 520 -- published, respectively, in 1928, 1929, 1929, 1935, and 1935. The first section is titled "The Effect of Fillets Between Wings and Fuselage on the Drag and Propulsive Efficiency of an Airplane". 4 pages. The next is titled "Investigation of the Effect of the Fuselage on the Wing of a Low-Wing Monoplane". 16 pages. Section 3 is titled "Some Studies on the Aerodynamic Effect of the Gap Between Airplane Wings and Fuselages". 7 pages. Two more sections on wing-fuselage fillets and monoplane wings. Each section is followed by multiple figures and tables. The entire volume, with original covers, has a later library binding. Gutters at front and back reinforced with white cloth. Two library stamps and some writing in pen on the front free endpaper. Pages within are clean and free of foreign markings. Light rubbing to covers. Comes from a large collection of technical memorandums from the National Advisory Committee for Aeronautics before the committee was abolished upon creation of NASA in 1958.
