Comprises of a brief historical sketch of the town, demographic data, its various industrial sites and town plans, details of its transportation and communication networks, a list of the various industries present in the town, an overview of the town's schools, churches, and public buildings, etc. Bright, clean, and unmarked. Rare in commerce. Unrecorded in OCLC. Not found in Fisher, BAC/LAC, etc. "This brochure will supply much of the information about Fergus, which is being asked frequently nowadays, as this town becomes more widely known as "An Ideal Place to Live and Work".
