He studied at the Institute for Jewish teachers, Vilna and was the founder, teacher, and principal at a Hebrew elementary school in Warsaw. He wrote for Hebrew and Yiddish periodicals. There is no trace of him after late 1942 and presumably he was murdered, like countless other Jews, in late 1942 or early 1943.
