Diese seltene Folge mit schlesischen Kirchenliedern "contains the Sunday Epistles and Gospels in verse, then the biblical text in four-line alexandrine stanzas, and then the `Lehre` in the same meter, the text mostly in ten stanzas and the Lehre in eight. The copperplates exhibit a high point of Baroque illustration and are present in excellent impressions [.]" (Faber du Faur). Wie Faber du Faur anmerkt, sind die Kupfertafeln zumeist in guten kontrastreichen Abzügen enthalten. Sie stammen von Michael Heinrich Rentz (1698-1758) und Johann Daniel de Montalegre (1697-1768), das Frontispiz mit dem Titel: "Christliches Jahr in Versen".
