Faded school ink stamp to front and back eps. These are browned, and there is a freckling of foxing to pages block edges, prelims and two rear blanks. The main body of the text is bright and clean, but with underling here and there throughout with a pale pencil - nowhere obscuring text. Binding secure and overall shape square; paper on lower corners worn throught to card. Light soiling to covers, which are otherwise attractive with decorative motifs from the famous stories in black and red line drawings. Spine panel bright and clean. SCARCE. FREE P&P IN UK.
