Hardback. Condizione: As New. Hard Cover. Taschen 2014. SIX BOOK BOXED SET limited to just 1,000 copies worldwide with signed color art print. Signed. 1st Edition. Limited Edition. Book condition: As New. Full Colour illustrations. This SIX-BOOK boxed set is based on the original hard-bound, slip-cased, seven-volume series released by the German publisher Zweitausendeins between 1981 and 1997. Unlike the previous edition, which included every doodle ever made by the pre-eminent underground artist, this edition has been personally edited by the notoriously fastidious artist to include only what he considers his best work, reproduced directly from the original sketchbooks. This slip-cased set is made with loving attention to detail in a size and format selected by the artist. Each book in the set contains 224 pages, for a total of 1,344 pages of prime Crumb from the artist's most prolific, early period. The set includes a handwritten introduction, many pages of original color works, and 50 redrawn images distinctly different from the original works. Each set in this 1,000-copy limited edition also includes a signed, authenticated color art print of a collectible Crumb original. With Robert Crumb's original art setting records at auction (the cover art for Mr. Natural #1 sold for $101,575 at Dallas-based Heritage Auction Galleries in 2007), this limited edition with signed print is sure to increase in value and be sought both as an investment by collectors and as a stunning addition to any Crumb fan's library. Pen and ink on paper, July 11, 1975, now hand-colored by Robert Crumb for a signed lithograph in this collector's set and the dimensions of signed hand-colored lithograph are 19 x 19 cm / 7.5 x 7.5 in. (image), 25.5 x 20 cm / 10 x 7.9 in. (sheet). Each book in the boxed set contains 224 pages, for a total of 1,344 pages of prime Crumb. The set includes a hand-written introduction by Robert Crumb and each copy of this 1,000-copy limited edition also includes a signed color art print of the Crumb original. 1344 pages. Size: 8" x 11" (203mm x 279mm). (9). Robert Crumb (illustratore). …

Hardback. Condizione: As New. Hard Cover. Taschen 2012. SIX BOOK BOXED SET limited to just 1,000 copies worldwide with signed color art print. Signed. 1st Edition. Limited Edition. Slipcase. Book condition: As New. Full Colour illustrations. This SIX-BOOK boxed set is the first collection of Robert Crumb sketches to be printed from the original art since the hard-bound, slipcased, seven volume series issued by the German publisher Zweitausendeins between 1981 and 1997. Unlike the Zweitausendeins edition, which included every doodle ever made by the preeminent underground artist, this best-of edition has been personally edited by the notoriously picky artist to include only what he considers his finest work, including hundreds of late period drawings not published in previous sketchbook collections. Robert Crumb requested that the books representing the second half of his career be published first due to fan demand for new Crumb material (Volume 1 covers the period 1982-2011, and Volume 2 covers the period 1964-1981). In the last 20 years Crumb's artistic output has slowed considerably, making new works more rare and highly prized. This collection of over 600 unseen drawings created between 1996 and 2011 makes this a must-have collectible for every Crumb fan. The slipcased set is made with loving attention to detail in a size and format selected by the artist. Each book in the boxed set contains 224 pages, for a total of 1,344 pages of prime Crumb. The set includes a hand-written introduction, and marbleized page edges from a design created by the artist. Each set of this 1,000-copy limited edition also includes a signed color art print of a Crumb original. 1344 pages. Size: 8" x 11" (203mm x 279mm). (9). Robert Crumb (illustratore).…

Some call it the American obsession, but men everywhere recognize the hypnotic allure of a large and shapely breast. In The Big Book of Breasts , Dian Hanson explores the origins of mammary madness through three decades of natural big-breasted nudes. Starting with the World War II Bosom-Mania that spawned Russ Meyer, Howard Hughes's The Outlaw and Frederick's of Hollywood, Dian guides you over, around, and in between the dangerous curves of infamous models including Michelle Angelo, Candy Barr, Virginia Bell, Joan Brinkman, Lorraine Burnett, Lisa De Leeuw, Uschi Digard, Candye Kane, Jennie Lee, Sylvia McFarland, Margaret Middleton, Paula Page, June Palmer, Roberta Pedon, Rosina Revelle, Candy Samples, Tempest Storm, Linda West, June Wilkinson, Julie Wills, and dozens more, including Guinness World Record holder Norma Stitz, possessor of the World s Largest Natural Breasts. The 396 pages of this book contain the most beautiful and provocative photos ever created of these iconic women, plus nine original interviews, including the first with Tempest Storm and Uschi Digard in over a decade, and the last with Candy Barr before her untimely death in 2005.
