Its director Edgar O'Hara, one of the most conspicuous leaders of the movement founded in 1974 with Jorge Caillaux, created the magazine Melibea with the purpose of turning it into a spokesperson for the youngest poetry, which met every Saturday in a bar. in front of Plaza San Francisco, the center of Lima, also known as Melibea; all this around the figure of Luis Alberto Castillo. Enrique Sánchez Hernani (who had also debuted in Hipócrita Lector y Textos magazine).
