The front of the handbill is a very colorful picture of a lovely little girl dressed very fashionably in a pretty dress with a collar and wearing a stylish hat. The picture has a decorative border with flowers and bluebirds. Opposite side states, "Increased Accommodations for a Grand Display in 1891." Information for stock, products of the farm, workshop and household. Described is a Dairy Hall and an Agricultural Hall. There will be a delightful grove for camping and there will be plenty of water. Double track railway and electric car lines will quickly take you from the city to the grounds.
