Volume 5 published 1959, edition 400, this one numbered 353, etching frontispiece "Grouse on a Pine Bough." This is the original fully illustrated catalogue raisonne of the Frank Benson's graphic work. Each volume contains an original etching by the artist, volume 1 through 4 contain signed etchings, volume 5 an unsigned etching (volume 5 published after the artist's death). Condition varies volume to volume, overall a clean set, solid and compleate. Volume one and two show more abuse. The image is of this set of books. Inventory #12336-1.
