Just explain that you saw the case on Prime Time Live and based on that you believe that I should be released since the governor's office is aware of the Prime Time Live coverage. The governor's address is " Governor Jim Edgar, 207 State Capital Blgd. Springfield, IL 62706. The FAX is xxx xxx-xxxx. If any of your friends who saw the Prime Time Live show and feel the same as you do, a letter from them to the governor would be helpful. I doubt the governor will read such letters. In situations as this his office staff reads the letter and informs him of the contents.
