Publicada en Buenos Aires en 1959, en el catálogo de Editorial Heroica, la obra de Adriana Henriquet Stalli se inscribe dentro de una narrativa de tono introspectivo, donde lo doméstico y lo simbólico se entrelazan con una naturalidad poco frecuente. La "casa" del título no es únicamente un espacio físico, sino un dispositivo narrativo: un centro de gravedad donde convergen tensiones familiares, silencios heredados y pequeñas fisuras de la vida cotidiana que, acumuladas, construyen una atmósfera de inquietud contenida. La estructura circular sugerida por el título esa "redondez" se traduce en una prosa envolvente, que vuelve sobre sus propios núcleos temáticos con insistencia y delicadeza.
