A large fold out of "Lower Manhattan from Brooklyn Bridge South, as it appeared in 1876" (at the top) and "Same View 1917" below. 15" tall and 29" wide unfolded. Another, colored, fold out of "Peter Stuyvesant's Army Entering New Amsterdam". An interesting collection of facts and information. Photos are all sepia. The color plates have tissue guards.

It included maps, lithographs and woodcuts, and contained many statistical tables, lists of social institutions, banks, schools, churches etc.
