Le Centre de documentation et de propagande créé début 1936 par Henry Robert-Petit et Henry Coston, avant qu'ils ne se brouillent, était spécialisé dans les publications antisémites et antimaçonniques. Il est difficile de savoir si cette brochure est de la responsabilité de Robert-Petit ou de Coston qui se spécialisa dans la publication de listes et fut chargé par Vichy du dépouillement de la documentation saisie dans les locaux des francs-maçons. La fréquentation assidue de la littérature du Centre de documentation et de propagande, dont Robert-Petit conserva la direction à partir de 1937, nourrit les pamphlets antisémites de Louis Ferdinand Céline, qui entretint à partir de 1938 alors qu'il travaillait sur l'Ecole des cadavres une importante correspondance avec Henry Robert-Petit. Condamné en 1947 à 20 ans de réclusion, Robert-Petit (1899-1985) vécu clandestinement à Paris et à Meudon, jusqu'à son amnistie en 1969.
