Dr. Levine was a natrive of Pittsburgh, Pa., he graduated from the University of Pittsburgh and Chicago Medical School. He is listed in "Who's Who in Midwest"," Dictionary of International Biography, Personalities of the West and Mid-West and in the 1972 edition of "Creative and Successful Personalites.".
