Based on the 1972 children's novel by Lew Dietz. A family living in California in the 1890s has been terrorized by a cougar living in the woods, particularly the youngest daughter who has gone mute in reaction to the attacks. Her older brothers swear revenge on the animal. Set in California, shot on location in Inyo National Forest in California. 8 x 10 inches. Near Fine.
