Hardcover. Condizione: Very Good. No Jacket. Preface states, Castleton Vermont Jan 1st 1908 It will soon be three years since my wife left me for the Father's house. I have found different plases clipping she had made. They are things new and old, mostly from the papers but sometimes in her handwriting and a few copied by friends and sent to her. There are some who value her memory and will care with me for the suggestion of her thought and spirit which these contain.

Inscription on front free endpaper: "Tribute to Aunt Lillie Condit Higley sent us by her husband Dr. Higley." A booklet published by Henry Post Higley three years after the death of his wife, Eliza Maria Condit Higley in 1905. Contains an introductory letter from Henry Higley, two obituaries, and a number of poems by a variety of authors collected by Eliza Higley. In Very Good- Condition: loss at ends of spine; cover slightly rubbed and soiled; pages are clean and tight.
