Accurately weigh powder were ball milled and calcined for 24 hours at 1100ºC. Then the calcined powders were homogenized using A-gate motor- pestle then sintered at 900oC for 10hours. Thermal, structural, morphological, elemental, magnetic, optical and dielectric properties were carried out using TGA-DTA, XRD, FESEM, EDS, VSM, FTIR and LCR meter respectively. TGA-DTA data provides the optimum temperature for the fabrication of spinel ferrites and later XRD micrographs reveal the formation of single phase spinel structure showing lattice parameters increases and x-ray and bulk density decreases as Zn content increases. FESEM shows the aggregated grain growth. FTIR spectra show two prominent bands in the range of 400-800 cm-1 which confirm the formation of spinel ferrites. Das genau abgewogene Pulver wurde in einer Kugelmühle gemahlen und 24 Stunden lang bei 1100 °C kalziniert. Anschließend wurden die kalzinierten Pulver mit einem A-Gate-Motor-Stößel homogenisiert und dann 10 Stunden lang bei 900 °C gesintert. Die thermischen, strukturellen, morphologischen, elementaren, magnetischen, optischen und dielektrischen Eigenschaften wurden jeweils mit TGA-DTA, XRD, FESEM, EDS, VSM, FTIR und LCR-Messgerät untersucht. Die TGA-DTA-Daten liefern die optimale Temperatur für die Herstellung von Spinellferriten, und spätere XRD-Mikroskopaufnahmen zeigen die Bildung einer einphasigen Spinellstruktur mit zunehmenden Gitterparametern und abnehmender Röntgen- und Schüttdichte bei steigendem Zn-Gehalt. O po pesado com precisao foi moido em moinho de bolas e calcinado durante 24 horas a 1100 0C. Em seguida, os pos calcinados foram homogeneizados utilizando um motor-pistilo A-gate e, depois, sinterizados a 900 0C durante 10 horas. As propriedades termicas, estruturais, morfologicas, elementares, magneticas, oticas e dieletricas foram determinadas utilizando TGA-DTA, XRD, FESEM, EDS, VSM, FTIR e medidor LCR, respetivamente.
