Allerdings wurde festgestellt, dass die Beteiligung von Frauen an der Ausbildung aufgrund sozialer, wirtschaftlicher und kultureller Hindernisse im Untersuchungsgebiet gering war. Die Teilnehmer und Nichtteilnehmer der Ausbildung wurden anhand einer systematischen Zufallsstichprobe ausgewählt. Die Ergebnisse der Studie zeigten, dass Familienarbeit, Informationssuchverhalten und Kontakte zu Beratungsstellen einen signifikanten positiven Einfluss hatten, während die reproduktive Rolle der Frauen und die Entfernung ihres Wohnortes vom Ausbildungszentrum einen signifikanten negativen Einfluss auf die Teilnahme von Landwirtinnen an der modularen Ausbildung hatten. Die Ergebnisse der qualitativen Daten zeigten, dass Analphabetismus, mangelnde Einrichtungen, mangelndes Bewusstsein und das Fehlen einer Bedarfsanalyse die Herausforderungen für die Teilnahme von Landwirtinnen an der Ausbildung waren. Daher sollten politische Entscheidungsträger und Nichtregierungsorganisationen die Hindernisse für die Teilnahme von Frauen an modularen Schulungen und die Herausforderungen für Landwirtinnen in modularen Schulungsprogrammen in landwirtschaftlichen Ausbildungszentren angehen.

Neuware -Das modulare Ausbildungsprogramm des Farmers Training Center wurde von der Demokratischen Bundesrepublik Äthiopien entwickelt, um qualifizierte Landwirte auszubilden, die die landwirtschaftliche Produktion des Landes von einer Subsiste…nzwirtschaft zu einem marktorientierten Produktionssystem umgestalten können. Allerdings wurde festgestellt, dass die Beteiligung von Frauen an der Ausbildung aufgrund sozialer, wirtschaftlicher und kultureller Hindernisse im Untersuchungsgebiet gering war. Die Teilnehmer und Nichtteilnehmer der Ausbildung wurden anhand einer systematischen Zufallsstichprobe ausgewählt. Die Ergebnisse der Studie zeigten, dass Familienarbeit, Informationssuchverhalten und Kontakte zu Beratungsstellen einen signifikanten positiven Einfluss hatten, während die reproduktive Rolle der Frauen und die Entfernung ihres Wohnortes vom Ausbildungszentrum einen signifikanten negativen Einfluss auf die Teilnahme von Landwirtinnen an der modularen Ausbildung hatten. Die Ergebnisse der qualitativen Daten zeigten, dass Analphabetismus, mangelnde Einrichtungen, mangelndes Bewusstsein und das Fehlen einer Bedarfsanalyse die Herausforderungen für die Teilnahme von Landwirtinnen an der Ausbildung waren.
