Not in Dykes, Scharf, Powell or Brewer. I did find mention of this work in the Bibliography Of Research Project Reports Check List Of Historical Records Survey Publication which is a WPA Technical work, published in September of 1940 in Washington, D.C. There is stamped to the front free endpaper what looks to me as an acquisition date of "Mar 24 1941." I found this work under the heading of Manuscripts: Volumes Approved For Publication, p.41. A very clean, bright and solid copy of this very scarce WPA volume. Near Fine.
