One Page. Condizione: Very Good Plus. First Printing. "The Will of Charles Lounsberry, an inmate of the Chicago poorhouse(so the story goes), was found in the pocket of a ragged coat which he wore. The will is said to have been read before the Chicago Bar Association and, later, to have been probated. The unusual document has been set in Goudy Kaatskill type by Howard Coggeshall and a few copies printed for friends, May, nineteen hundred and thirty-six." A 1" tear in left margin, and several small tears, chips and creases to top and right edges, almost(but not quite!) as if this copy, too, had been found in the pocket of a ragged coat. A SCARCE Coggeshall item.
