Plates reproduce Howe's major works of the mid-1990s in vivid color, among them Twister, Minnesota, Nuvens, Bohemia, Cyber Rooster, and Corvo - sculptures in aluminum, stainless steel, and polyurethane distinguished by polished surfaces and exuberant chromatic patterns. Artist bio: Brad Howe (b. 1959 Riverside, CA) studied at Stanford University and the University of Sao Paulo and became known for his large-scale public and corporate commissions blending industrial fabrication with playful formalism.
