Interior has small stain to top edge of first blank page and title page otherwise clean with no writing, marks or tears. Hardcover. Condizione: Fair. No Jacket. This is the first volume of a 30-volume set, Collection Complette des Oeuvres de Mr. de Voltaire. Quarto in full leather binding. Contains 13 full-page engraved plates. Text in French. Condition: this volume really needs some repair - the front cover is detached as are the first group of pages up to and including page iii. In addition, the rear board is nearly detached and the leather spine is badly rubbed; the spine is split between pages 182 and 183. The pages themselves are in near fine condition and all pages are present. Overall, given the condition of the binding, I deem it as being in fair condition. Pages: xxxii, 483.…
