Part of the last free endpaper seems to be misssing. No foxing. No brittleness or odor. 145 pages. The rust colored embossed boards are worn. The rear hinge is showing the webbing but both hinges are holding fine. A bit loose. The gold lettering on the spine and cover is dulled.
