There is a former owner's blind stamp on the front free endsheet of volume 1 and on the half title page of volume 2. The dust jackets are in very good condition. Mildly rubbed and very lightly soiled. The spine and areas of the panels are age-toned. The edges are bumped, and have several small chips and short closed tears. There are faint scratches and pen indentations in the surfaces. Tiny piece of paper adhered to the front panel of volume 1. There is a small, light moisture stain on the paper at the foot of the spine of volume 2. May require extra postage due to weight.
