Amin has provided the Foreword to this volume, opposite his b&w portrait in military attire. Most of the photographs show Amin being congratulated and engaged in political discussions, clearly attempts to legitimize his rule; also a folding plate of Amin and the miinisters in his government. Exceptionally scarce; this particular copy appears to have arrived stateside with a group of Mennonite missionaries who, fearing the worst, fled Uganda early in Amin's regime.
