Very good pamphlet and plates in a fair folder. Numerous small tears to edges of folder. Three inches at head of spine torn; foot frayed, and thin tear across spine. Outer inch at each edge of all three flaps torn. Rear soiled. Pamphlet near-fine, with light creasing near edges.
