QWL variables were examined namely growth and development, participation, physical environment, supervision, pay and benefits and social relevance were examined to determine their relationship with organizational commitment. The present study therefore is an attempt to touch upon three aspects of QWL: (a) QWL from a human values approach; (b) some viewpoints for subjective observation of QWL; and (c) some ameliorative measures towards improving QWL. 84 pp. Englisch.
