Slipcase has paste-downs on three sides, all of the seams are worn, three seams are splitting, the paste-downs are tanned, there is a pen name on one panel. The dust jacket has tears on each corner and on the edges, there is tanning on the spine, big chip at the head of the spine. The green cloth has gold and black decoration on the front and spine, the spine is darkened and the head of the spine is soiled and crimped. There is a bookplate on the inside front cover. The first four illustrations have been hand-colored, unofficially I believe, but they are expert. All orders packed with care, most dust jackets protected by Brodart sleeve, independent bookseller since 2011.
