Hardcover. Condizione: Very Good. Condizione sovraccoperta: Very Good. First American Edition. Dust jacket spine just a bit sunned. ; llus. , jacket now in a clear protector. Book previously belonged to (or possibly presented by) Oscar Boesch, WWII German Ace (18 victories). On the half-title page toward upper right of page is his small ink stamp with "Wings of Man" below his name and above his address. Phone number written in ink just below the stamp. Then just below the stamp/phone number is one of Oscar Boesch's business cards taped to the page (taped at both ends). Card reads "Wings of Man. Fascination of Silent Flight, Performed by Oscar Boesch" with his phone numbers and address below. On page 31 at bottom, just below a large photo of Hartmann, is a 5" x 3 1/2" color photograph taped to the page (but only along the left edge). Photo is of Hartmann and Boesch, both in sport coat and tie, probably taken in the 1970's or possibly 1980's. Both have signed the photo with black felt-tip just above their likenesses. Very nice signatures, photo is easily removeable; 296 pages; Signed by Notable Personage, Related.…
