Pages have been well maintained and feautre multiple maps and illustrations from early surveyors. Includes a foreword by Milton Denny. List of all 49 illustrations located after the table of contents. Binding is strong and secure with no missing pages. Very Good condition. Signed by the author on the front free endpaper with a 1 line inscription not addressed to anyone. Also signed by Milton Denny on the same page and dated 2013.
