Printed in the Netherlands by Joh. Enschede en Zonen Haarlem, on Mellotex Smooth High White Paper, the colour illustrations in four colours offset, the black and white illustrations in sheet-fed gravure, th text in letterpress in Monotype Bembo. Photographs by Carroll T. Hartwell, Curator of Photography at the Minneapolis Institute of Arts. Designed by B. de Does. First published in 1970.
