Bumping and rubbing to edges and corners. Centre third of spine containing title, author and vol. no. intact.Title text clean with none of the gilding missing. However, the lower and upper thirds of the spine leather are detatched and missing. Original brown full leather cover. Retains much of the original gilt border and all of the intricaqte blind stamping on front and rear cover. Marbled covers and end papers. Internally it is complete, nice and tight.
